Currently doing the TCR Europe series in a (Seat) Cupra, Stian Paulsen is running his own team by doing basically most of it himself, and shows it all on Y outube as well .
Fixing the car between races, driving everything to the tracks in a MB Sprinter van with a trailor, building the team paddock area before the mechanics show up and then finally driving the racecar are only some of his tasks. The amount of energy and passion he shows is just incredible.
Paulsen finished 2nd and 10th at Hungaroring last weekend, which is bound to come in his next video.
